Kenya, July 7 -- On Monday, July 7, 2025, police closed major roads leading to the Nairobi Central Business District (CBD) starting at 6 AM because of the Saba Saba protests that were expected later in the day.
As a result, drivers are having a lot of trouble getting around because police set up many roadblocks on important routes into and out of the city.
These roadblocks are affecting both private cars and public transport, leaving many people unable to get to their destinations.
