Kenya, March 9 -- The situation of Ugandan Renowned actress Mukisa Prossy, known by her stage name Nabbosa Top TV is confusing right now. Actress Mukisa Prossy was beaten by Uganda police. There are also different reports about her after she was earlier arrested.

Some people who went to Wandegeya Police Station in Kampala say that Nabbosa is alive but in bad shape. They claim she was "terribly beaten" during her encounter with the police.

As of Sunday morning, the Ugandan police have not said anything official about where she is or how she is doing.

Nabbosa was taken by the police after an incident, and officers at Wandegeya told visitors on March 3 that she had received medical care and food.

However, people who wanted to see her, including other activists, were not allowed to visit, which has raised worries about her health.

Some reports say she was "sleeping" or not feeling well, while others said they were just happy that she survived the night. Lawyers are now trying to get her released so she can get more treatment.

Supporters are very worried about her. Well-known people like Winnie Byanyima, who leads UNAIDS, have shown concern and are praying for Nabbosa's safety.

The activist community is speaking out online, asking for clear information and her immediate release, but there are still not many details about why she was arrested. Watch her health condition HERE.
