
Kenya, May 23 -- Embakasi East MP Babu Owino is among 602 advocates set to be admitted to the bar during a ceremony presided over by Chief Justice Martha Koome at the Supreme Court, Nairobi, on 23rd May, 2025.
Babu Owino, the Member of Parliament for Embakasi East, has officially become a lawyer in Kenya.
This important event took place at the Supreme Court in Nairobi, where he took an oath to practise law.
He completed his legal studies and met all the necessary requirements to be admitted to the bar.
During the ceremony, Owino expressed his gratitude for this achievement and promised to use his legal knowledge to help the public and promote justice.
This new role as a lawyer adds to Owino's profile as a leader who is both involved in politics and dedicated to legal work.
