Kenya, July 30 -- Residents of Lang'ata Estate in Nairobi were surprised this week when a stolen car suddenly came back to its original parking spot. The car looked clean and untouched, and there was an apology note on the dashboard. This strange event confused the car's owner, his neighbors, and the security team of the estate. No CCTV cameras captured how the car returned.
The car is a white Toyota Premio, which was reported missing last Saturday evening. Its owner, a middle-aged accountant named Philip, had parked it outside his apartment after coming home from a family dinner. He locked the doors and turned on the alarm before going upstairs. But the next morning, the car was gone. All that was left was some broken glass from the side mirror where the car used to be. Philip quickly contacted the police and the management of the estate. To read more click here.
