Kenya, April 15 -- Citizen TV presenter Mashirima Kapombe now hints that she is prepared to start a family of her own. A few years ago, Mashirima wore a gown while promoting zenayla_bridal_makeup, but she refuted claims that she was getting married.

Government bloggers leaked Mashirima Kapombe's phone number a few days ago over Gen Z protests. However, netizens praised her for the zeal and affection Kenyans have shown for her enthusiastic journalism.

She has been at the forefront of broadcasting events about what is happening in Kenya on television, as well as sharing some on her social media accounts. In 2024, netizens referred to her as the year's best and most beautiful media personality.

"Simple and classy. My groom for the day, Mr. Kimani, had to agree. Zenayla_bridal_makeup (on Instagram) got it just right," Mashirima wrote, wearing a wedding gown in 2020 that caused a stir online.

"I know, right! Tall, dark, and handsome," she added.

The search for Mashirima Kapombe's wedding photos spanned the entire year, culminating in lockdowns during the COVID-19 pandemic.

She bears a son named Kenga. Rumors claim that in 2014, Mashirima reportedly dated comedian Captain Sibuor Otoyo, whose real name is Kazungu Matano, and subsequently gave birth to a child.

However, both denied the rumors, and all remained single and searching. Mashirima is a native of Voi town, the daughter of a Giriama father. Her mother is a Taita from Voi.

Mashirima Kapombe, in contrast to the majority of people, was pleased with the way that 2023 transpired.

"2023 was the year I matured and entered adulthood." "God has graced and favored me in ways I've never experienced before. There have been some difficult and terrible choices that I've made." Mashirima added that she had acquired the ability to express gratitude to her family.

"I have recognized the value of my upbringing." She concluded by saying, "I have experienced what true love is through watching my father show us what 'for better or for worse, in sickness and in health' truly means."

As journalists, TV presenters earn an average of between Sh200,000 and Sh400,000. According to sources, Mashirima could be earning approximately Sh300,000 monthly, inclusive of benefits. She has not publicly revealed her net worth.
