Kenya, July 21 -- For years, I had been betting. It all began with me playing a few matches on the weekends to try my luck. I lost most of the time, but occasionally I would win a bit. I continued to hold onto the hope that, like many others, my fortunes would eventually align and I would win the lottery. However, nothing changed year after year. I made every effort. I kept up with betting experts on Telegram and YouTube. I purchased advice from alleged experts and joined betting clubs.
I even stayed up late trying to read football analysis. I continued to lose, though. I eventually stopped telling people that I was still betting. I felt embarrassed.
