Kenya, July 27 -- A quiet intern at a logistics company in Nairobi has surprised everyone after being promoted to the highest position in just two days. This promotion did not follow the usual rules, and many workers are talking about it, saying it doesn't make sense. The intern, who is 24 years old and recently finished university, joined the company only three weeks ago.
His coworkers describe him as polite and soft-spoken, but he often went unnoticed. They say he hardly spoke in meetings and wasn't involved in important discussions about leadership or decisions. Things changed suddenly when the company's CEO resigned unexpectedly. In a strange email sent at midnight, the CEO mentioned "personal spiritual revelations" and praised a "young soul with an ancient calling." The email also suggested that the board should watch "the one who sits quietly near the photocopier." To read more click here.
