Kenya, July 28 -- A surprising event in the world of business has caught attention. A man who was fired just two months ago has returned to the same company and has now become the operations manager. This story is being talked about a lot by business people and HR professionals, and it has raised questions about how decisions are made in companies and whether there are outside influences involved. The man, who is 34 years old and worked in logistics, was let go in May from a big packaging company in Thika.
He was said to be fired for not doing his job well. However, some insiders believe he was part of a group of employees let go because a new supervisor had disagreements with junior staff. He was one of five workers who were dismissed at that time. According to his coworkers, he left the company quietly and did not complain. Many people thought he had found another job because he was not seen around and his social media accounts became inactive shortly after he was let go. To read more click here.
