Kenya, July 8 -- When Cynthia first met Evans, she was 27. She believed him to be attractive, streetwise, and profoundly spiritual. Their romance progressed quickly. She moved into his bedsitter in Donholm after three months. Cynthia adds, "I used to think that love required sacrifice." "So I sacrificed a lot. My diploma classes, friends, and even job offers." Evans made a statement she would never forget while maintaining eye contact with her. "Nikiwa na wewe, hakuna kitu itaenda sawa. Ukiniwacha, maisha yako itaenda reverse." She dismissed it with laughter. She quickly recognised, though, that it was no joke. To read more click here.
