
Kenya, May 26 -- I never thought I would be that man. The one who avoids eye contact with his wife at night. The one who dreads bedtime because he knows he can't perform. I was only 37, but my body had started betraying me in ways I couldn't explain.
What started as occasional failure became a permanent nightmare. I was living with erectile dysfunction, and it was silently tearing my life apart.
At first, I tried to ignore it. I thought it was stress, maybe just fatigue. I tried drinking energy drinks, changing my diet, even watching fitness videos online. Nothing worked.
My wife was patient at first, even comforting. But as the months went on, I noticed the change in her. She stopped dressing up at night. She became distant.
