Kenya, July 28 -- A wedding ceremony in Kisumu took a surprising turn when a woman interrupted and got back her former fiance, causing the bride-to-be to faint at the altar. This shocking moment happened just before the priest could say the couple was married, in front of more than 200 guests. The man, who is 32 years old and runs his own business, had ended his first engagement two years ago for reasons that were not clear. Friends and family said that the relationship ended without a real explanation, leaving the woman very sad.
After this, the man found a new partner and asked her to marry him. She works as a banker in Nairobi. The wedding was supposed to be a big event, held at a fancy place with traditional dancers, a large five-tier cake, and media coverage.
