India, Oct. 18 -- Italian filtration systems giant UFI Filters has chosen India as the location for its debut aftermarket-only production facility. For those not aware, UFI Group's presence in India dates back to 2008 (UFI Filters India Pvt. Ltd.) and already has two other plants in Bawal (Haryana) & Belgaum (Karnataka). While the former largely supplies fuel & oil filters to clients like Hyundai Motor India, Maruti Suzuki, Tata, Daimler & Ashok Leyland, the latter takes care of UFI's exports to the European market, to brands like the Volkswagen Group, Porsche, Fiat & General Motors.
