India, April 3 -- Skoda Superb has been relaunched in India after almost a year of absence. Formerly the flagship sedan in Skoda India's portfolio, it was discontinued as a result of the strict BS6 Phase II pollution regulations. Although it's gone for a while, it's back as a complete import. Only 100 units of this sedan will be available in India. Priced at Rs 54 lakh (ex-showroom), it's a significant premium over its predecessor. It is important to remember that this is not to be confused with the brand's fourth-generation Superb, which was released globally in November 2023.
