India, June 11 -- With over 90% retail network now operational, Royal Enfield's sales & service operations have restarted at more than 850 touchpoints across the country. Customers can also use the new contactless digital sales/service options.
With the lockdown relaxations kicking in, Royal Enfield, starting 6th May 2020, had resumed production work at its Oragadam manufacturing unit near Chennai. Meanwhile, close to 120 authorised dealerships had also resumed operations. Now though, more than 90% of Royal Enfield's retail network is officially active and about 850 dealerships & service centres and 425 studio stores across the country have resumed standard operations.
