India, April 8 -- After a tough season in which Yamaha faced tough competition from European rivals, Yamaha's recent contract extension of Fabio Quartararo's contract for two more years is a big win for the team. As far as Quartararo's experience goes with the Japanese manufacturer, it's been ups and downs. While he won the world championship in 2021 with Yamaha, his success fluctuated in the following years.
