Under the rubric of the #NEXTGen Summit, folks from BMW got an excellent opportunity to shed some light on their new digital customer service ecosystem - myBMW. While specific details of myBMW will be revealed at the IAA Cars 2019 Motor show in Frankfurt in September 2019, the Bavarian carmaker, for now, has announced that all its existing mobility services & products, including NOW, will be clubbed together under myBMW.
