India, Nov. 30 -- The customer bookings for the Hyundai Ioniq 5 will start on December 20, 2022.

Hyundai Motor India has officially revealed that it will start accepting pre-orders for the Ioniq 5 EV. The EV supported by the E-GMP platform is most likely to debut at the upcoming Indian Auto Expo 2023. Price details are still under wraps by the company. The Ioniq 5 is provided with two battery packs- a 58 kWh battery pack and a 72.6 kWh battery pack in international markets. With the former battery pack, the car claims 385 kilometres of range while with the latter battery pack, it claims 480 kilometres of range.
