India, June 15 -- The recall applies to only those units produced in 2018. However, all models, ranging from the Amaze to the CR-V, have been affected. The recall will be implemented 20th June 2020 onwards.

Honda Car India Limited (HCIL) has announced a voluntary recall of 65,651 units that have been manufactured in 2018. The recall is being undertaken to replace potentially faulty fuel pumps that could result in engine stopping/not starting due to defective impellers. Out of the 65,000+ units, 32,498 units are of the Amaze alone, followed by 16,434 units of the City and 7,500 units of the Jazz.
