India, Feb. 24 -- Ferrari maintained their lead in the final day of Formula 1 pre-season testing in Bahrain thanks to Charles Leclerc. To cap off a successful week for Ferrari, Leclerc set the pace on the final day of testing at Sakhir, following in the footsteps of colleague Carlos Sainz who had dominated the second day of running. On the softer C4s, Leclerc's time was slower than Sainz's second-day benchmark. After Sergio Perez of Red Bull took the lead in the final morning session, Carlos Sainz of Leclerc's team was unable to continue running due to a broken drain cover for the second day in a row.
