India, July 9 -- Contrary to popular belief, ex-showroom prices of the 2020 BS-VI Honda Civic diesel have gone up by only Rs.20,000 for the entry-level VX trim and remain unchanged for the top-spec ZX trim!
The 2020 BS-VI Honda Civic diesel has been launched today with prices starting at Rs.20.75 lakh for the entry-spec VX trim and Rs.22.35 lakh for the top-spec ZX trim. This is really lucrative pricing, keeping in mind that the BS-IV Civic diesel (in June 2019) was priced at Rs.20.5 lakh (VX) and Rs.22.31 lakh (ZX). All price figures are ex-showroom, Delhi. With this, the entire Civic portfolio is now BS-VI compliant. Honda claims the petrol Civic was BS-VI compliant ever since its launch in March 2019.
