India, Aug. 27 -- BMW Motorrad claims the M Endurance chain is 'maintenance-free', with no requirement of any additional lubrication or re-tensioning.
After developing the high-tech Shaft Drive mechanism (as we know it) for the early R32, BMW Motorrad has now introduced the 'M endurance Chain' which claims to offer the same maintenance-free experience as BMW Motorrad's Shaft Drive.
The new M Endurance chain follows the same design of the previous X-ring chains, where the X-ring encloses the rollers & pins that have a permanent lubricant filling between them.
