Mumbai, April 22 -- Hiroshi Ii took charge as Chairman of JTEKT India Limited (Formerly known as Sona Koyo Steering Systems Limited), effective April 15, 2019. He will also serve as Chairman for all JTEKT India region companies in India. He replaces Hidekazu Omura, who was in India for five years and has returned to Japan for a new assignment within JTEKT Corporation. JTEKT India is a part of JTEKT Corporation Japan, and holds leadership position in the manufacturing and sale of steering systems, driveline components, bearings, machine tools, electronic control devices and home accessory equipment.
