ACT Policing has charged three teenagers after they allegedly drew Nazi symbols in a shopping centre bathroom.
On the evening of Thursday 19 June (2025), police were called to a bathroom at the South.Point shopping centre after graffiti depicting prohibited Nazi symbols was discovered.
Police located 18 Nazi Hakenkreuz symbols and three references to Adolf Hitler drawn on the walls of the bathroom.
Following an investigation by officers from Tuggeranong Police Station, police charged a 16-year-old boy, 17-year-old girl and 18-year-old woman each with the Commonwealth offence of cause Nazi symbol to be displayed. This offence carries a maximum penalty of five yea...
