Two drivers have been charged and another has lost his licence after separate drug driving, unlicenced driving, and speeding incidents over the weekend.
About 8.15pm on Friday (21 February 2025), police conducting mobile speed detection along Commonwealth Avenue observed a group of motorcyclists travelling southbound towards Capital Circuit.
One rider was stopped after he was detected travelling at 127km/h in an 80km/h zone.
The 28-year-old Calwell man was issued with an immediate suspension notice and a $1841 infringement.
