BRISBANE, Queensland, Feb. 6 -- Queensland Police Service issued the following media release:
UPDATE: Police have revoked an earlier declaration under the Public Safety Preservation Act (PSPA) at Tallebudgera Valley, following a police incident this afternoon, February 6.
Officers were unable to locate any persons at the Tallebudgera Creek Road address, however are actively patrolling the Tallebudgera Valley and surrounding areas tonight to ensure community safety.
While officers believe there is no current risk to the public, they are asking residents to remain vigilant and report and any suspicious activity to Triple Zero (000).
Investigations into this incident are ongoing.
