Belconnen, ACT, March 20 -- ACT Policing issued the following media release:
ACT Policing is seeking witnesses and assistance to identify a woman in relation to an aggravated robbery in Swinger Hill last month.
About 8:50pm on Sunday, 16 February 2025, police allege the woman entered the Friendly Grocer and threatened staff with a light brown handgun.During the incident she demanded money and cigarettes from the teenage supermarket workers.
While no one was physically injured during this incident, it was terrifying for the staff involved.
A short time later the woman fled with a sum of cash and is believed to have departed the location in a white Toyota Corolla hatchback.
