Australia, March 26 -- New South Wales Land and Environment Court issued text of the following judgement on Feb. 26:
1. The offender Adam Abdallah pleaded guilty to the offence of recklessly causing grievous bodily harm to Khodr Yaghi on 28 April 2023 pursuant to s35(2) Crimes Act 1900 (NSW).
