Australia, April 21 -- New South Wales Land and Environment Court issued text of the following judgement on March 20:
1. In 2019 and 2020 Mr Patial, then a migration agent who had completed legal studies, engaged in supervised legal practice under a written agreement with Kailash Lawyers Pty Ltd, of which Mr Pall is the sole director and principal solicitor. There is no issue that Mr Pall was also its controlling mind and that it was he who supervised Mr Patial. The supervision agreement expressly provided that there was no employment relationship between the parties.
