Australia, April 21 -- New South Wales Land and Environment Court issued text of the following judgement on March 20:
1. This matter involves an appeal by the Appellants (the tenants) against the Respondents (the landlords). The landlords obtained orders including for the termination of the tenancy between the parties on 23 December 2024. It is from these orders that the tenants appeal.
2. For the reasons which follow, we have decided to refuse leave to appeal and dismiss the appeal.
