By Originating Process filed on 2 April 2025, the Plaintiff, Authium Pty Ltd ("Authium") sought an order setting aside a creditor's statutory demand dated 13 March 2025 ("Demand") issued to it by Liberation Metallurgy International Pty Ltd ("LMI"). On 19 May 2025, I made an order by consent setting aside the Demand on the ground that there was a genuine dispute as to the existence or amount of the debt that was the subject of the Demand.
