1. Before the Appeal Panel is an internal appeal. The appeal relates to a decision made in the Guardianship Division of the Tribunal on 29 February 2024. Those proceedings involve, YKS, a 73-year-old woman. YKS has three children, Mr YKO ("YKO" and "the Appellant") who is the appellant in this appeal, Mr YKQ and Ms YKR. YKP was the separate representative for YKS before the Tribunal.
