1. This is an appeal by a tenant from a decision of the Consumer and Commercial Division of the Tribunal to dismiss the tenant's claim for an order under s115 of the Residential Tenancies Act 2010 (NSW) (RTA) declaring that a notice of termination of a residential tenancy agreement has no effect on the basis that it was a retaliatory notice by the landlord.
