Australia, April 27 -- New South Wales Land and Environment Court issued text of the following judgement on March 28:
1. This matter was listed for hearing on 3 February 2025. At the commencement of the hearing the appellant sought to file fresh evidence on appeal, lead oral evidence from the appellant and amend the grounds of appeal.
2. An adjournment was required for the appellant to file and serve a proposed Notice of Appeal and any further evidence and submissions. Subsequent orders were made for that to occur and for the respondent to have an opportunity to reply to the new case.
