Australia, May 14 -- New South Wales Land and Environment Court issued text of the following judgement:

1. The first plaintiff, Union Fidelity Finance (Aust.) Pty Ltd (UFFA) and the second plaintiff, Union Fidelity Pty Ltd (UF) conduct a business in the non-bank, non-conforming lending market. Specifically:

A. UF operates a loan aggregation platform, the commercial function of which is to connect prospective borrowers (who, characteristically, are unable to obtain bank-finance) with prospective lenders (being lenders who are willing to enter into loans with borrowers in this category);

B. UFFA contracts with prospective borrowers in respect of the introduction of prospective borrowers to prospective lenders identified by UF's loan aggreg...
