COMMISSIONER: Pursuant to the provisions of s 4.55(8) of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 (EPA Act), these proceedings concern a Modification Application MA24/0224 (the MA) made directly to the Court by Tomtome Pty Ltd (the Applicant).
