1. HER HONOUR: There are two motions before me. The first Notice of Motion is that brought by Sydney Metro (the Respondent in the main proceedings) filed on 22 January 2025 which in effect pursuant to order 1 in Annexure A to that order seeks leave that the Respondent be granted leave to adduce the expert evidence of Mr Grech, Mr Brooks, Mr Dickson, Mr Gearin and Mr Lavorato, all of which have been filed and served albeit several days late, the lateness being of short compass.
