This decision relates to an administrative review application lodged by the applicant, Telina Webb, on 19 February 2024, seeking administrative review by the Tribunal of the decision of the respondent, the Secretary of the Department of Communities and Justice, to refuse her access, in part, to the information contained in the third-party consultation email for which she had sought access, on 1 August 2023, under the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 (NSW) (GIPA Act).
