COMMISSIONER: This is an appeal pursuant to s 8.7 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 (EPA Act) against the refusal of development application No DA-539/2023 for the construction of a new single storey 72 place child care centre with basement carpark and associated landscaping at Numbers 28 and 29 Eighteenth Avenue, Austral, NSW, 2179, legally known as Lots 28 and 29 in Deposited Plan 1272703 (the site).
