1. This is an appeal against a decision of the Consumer and Commercial Division of the Tribunal made on 9 July 2024 (the Decision). The Tribunal's orders were:

1) That the time within which the respondent to the appeal, the applicant at first instance, may apply for a warrant for possession is extended to 30 days from the date of the order.

2) "Warrant to issue" and

3) A hearing listed on 22 July 2024 was vacated.
