1. A decision in this matter was delivered on 13 February 2025 (see Byrne v Turner Freeman Lawyers and Casselden [2025] NSWDC 5 ('the first decision').
2. The following orders were made:
1. Pursuant to Uniform Civil Procedure Rules 2005 (NSW) (UCPR) r 14.28, the Statement of Claim filed on 31 May 2024 (Statement of Claim) is struck out.
