Australia, March 20 -- New South Wales Land and Environment Court issued text of the following judgement Feb. 20:
1. These proceedings were commenced by the plaintiff pursuant to Part 10 of the Civil Procedure Act 2005 ("CPA") on her own behalf and on behalf of a group constituted by members of the public who attended one of a number of identified music festivals held in NSW on and from 22 July 2016, and who, whilst on the festival grounds or in its surrounds, were stopped and directed by police officers to an area where a strip search was conducted.
