The Respondent in Class 3 Encroachment Proceedings Seeks to Transfer the Proceedings to the Supreme Court
1. The respondents, Olivia Lou and Yi Kun Lou ("the Lous"), to Class 3 proceedings commenced in the Court by the applicants, Nicholas Van Beek and Diana Van Beek (the "Van Beeks"), on 2 August 2024, seek by way of notice of motion to transfer the proceedings to the Supreme Court of New South Wales ("Supreme Court").
2. The Lous also seek a stay of proceedings pending the transfer.
