1. In November 2019 the plaintiff was an experienced solicitor, and partner of a law firm, aged in his 50s. The law firm had a branch in Sydney and another branch or branches outside of Sydney. A 21 year old junior legal secretary who worked for the law firm outside of NSW made an allegation of sexual assault against him, and against another man also aged in his 50s, who undertook work for the law firm and was the plaintiff's close friend, arising from the same occasion.
