Australia, May 22 -- New South Wales Land and Environment Court issued text of the following judgement on April 22:
1. The plaintiff is the registered proprietor of Unit 3, 115 New South Head Road, Vaucluse ("the Vaucluse Property"). She is also the mother of the defendant who resides in the property and has done so since about September 2002.
2. The plaintiff brings these proceedings by her tutors who are her other sons, Benjamin and Martin. They are the attorneys under an Enduring Power of Attorney given by the plaintiff on 9 June 1997. The Power of Attorney appointed Benjamin, Martin and Daniel as attorneys of the plaintiff but by a Deed of Revocation dated 12 April 2013 the plaintiff revoked Daniel's appointment.
