Australia, March 20 -- New South Wales Land and Environment Court issued text of the following judgement Feb. 20:
1. The late Silvana La Selva (Silvana) passed away on 24 December 2022 aged 82 years. She had three children - two daughters Milvia La Selva (Milvia) and Melissa Isaacs (Melissa), who are the plaintiffs, and a son, Angelo La Selva (Angelo) who is the defendant.
2. During the period 10 May 2022 to 9 December 2022, a total of $1,318,000 was withdrawn from Silvana's bank accounts for the benefit of Angelo or his wife and daughter.
3. By these proceedings, Milvia and Melissa seek orders for the return of $1,293,000 of those monies by Angelo for the benefit of the estate. The Impugned Transactions are as follows:
