Australia, March 20 -- New South Wales Land and Environment Court issued text of the following judgement Feb. 20:
1. The plaintiff brings proceedings for the following causes of action:
a) Claims for defamation and "defamation with malice", consisting of twelve claims against the first defendant for publications made between July 2019 and 8 June 2022 and one claim against the third defendant for a publication made on 26 August 2022.
b) One claim of assault, battery and deprivation of liberty brought against the second defendant, a security company, after an incident which occurred in the Chancellery of the University of New South Wales on 11 March 2022.
