Australia, March 11 -- New South Wales Land and Environment Court issued text of the following judgement on Feb. 11:
1. This matter was heard on 8 June 2023 by another Tribunal Member. It relates to CCTV footage requested under the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 (NSW) (GIPA Act).
2. On 12 December 2024, the President reconstituted the Tribunal in this matter pursuant to s 52 of the Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 2013 (NSW) (NCAT Act).
3. I have reviewed the confidential and open materials, submissions, the hearing transcript and notes. I am satisfied the matter can be determined on the papers under s 50 of the NCAT Act. The parties did not object to that course.
