1. THE COURT: By notice of motion filed 20 December 2024, the applicants seek a review under s 46(4) of the Supreme Court Act 1970 (NSW) of orders made by Price AJA on 25 November 2024 (see Lambourne v Baker [2024] NSWCA 280 (Lambourne 1) and Lambourne v Baker [2024] NSWCA 281 (Lambourne 2).
2. Mr Marc Lambourne (the first applicant) is the sole director of the third applicant (Punters Show). Mr Lambourne and the second applicant (Mr Glenn Pollett) are shareholders of Punters Show.
