1. HIS HONOUR: These proceedings are a family provision claim relating to the estate of the late Robert Scott Hawkes (deceased) who was born in October 1946 and died on 15 August 2022 aged 75.
2. The deceased left a Will dated 22 February 2013, the probate of which was granted to the defendant, the nominated executor, on 20 July 2023 (Will) [1] .
