1. The Appellant filed two appeals to the Appeal Panel. The appeals were filed in respect of orders made by the Tribunal in proceedings by way of case management, and prior to the hearing or determination of those proceedings by the Tribunal.

2. For the reasons set out below, we have refused to grant leave to the Appellant in respect of both of the appeals, and they are each dismissed. We have also ordered that the Appellant pay the costs of each of the three Respondents.
